Returns and Exchanges
We take great pains to provide you with as much information as possible about products before a sale. If you have questions, please contact us with them before you buy the item.
If you receive any item in your order in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately by using the form on the customer service page.
You will receive a full refund or replacement item if the following conditions occur:
Please be advised you receive a confirmation email at the time you place your order, itemizing details of your order. It is your responsibility to verify the item(s) on the confirmation.
- The item is broken or defective
- The item you received is not the item you ordered.
The following items are not returnable:
All return item requests must be made, and the item returned, within 30 days of the purchase date. You must contact us for instructions on returning your purchase. Do not take it upon yourself to send the item(s) back until you contact us, or you will void any and all return / exchange rights.
- There are no exchanges or refunds on any Merry Products item unless the item is defective.
- There are no exchanges or refunds on any Gel-Pedic Pet Bed unless the item is defective.
- Books, videos, and music disks cannot be returned unless they are defective. If they are defective, they will be replaced with the same title only.

If the item is not broken or defective we will (at our discretion):
The following will apply to exchanges:
- Send a replacement item or issue a refund of the purchase price of the item only.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is broken or defective.
- Depending on the item purchased, a 15% - 25% re-stocking fee will be charged.
- You are responsible for paying return shipping charges.
The item you are returning cannot contain any type of animal debris, hair, and must be unused. The item must be in its original wrappings.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded
- You are responsible for paying return shipping charges of the item you are exchanging.
- All exchanges except for items featuring "Free Shipping" will incur a $6.50 charge.
- All exchanges with an item featuring "Free Shipping" will still be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
Claims regarding damaged or defective items must be confirmed by our distribution centers before any refund will be issued.
You must email us the shipper's tracking number. This will allow us to track your return package to our distribution center and will speed up processing your refund or replacement.
